Return/Shipping Policy

Shipping

WE USE United States Postal Service 99% of the time for our shipping. They are the fastest for the best price.  On emergency shipments we will use FEDEX but it can be extremely expensive. Priority mail is usually 2-4 days. Express mail is 1-2 days and needs to be signed for upon delivery unless you tell us to waive signature.

International shipping
International shipping is welcome. We usually ship USPS Global Priority. It takes about 6-10 days for delivery. Shipping costs vary from about $22.50-$38.50 per order. Global Express is about 5 days and costs approximately an extra $10.00.

Shipping in US
We usually ship the same day or next day on all orders. We ship USPS Priority Mail with an average 2-4 days delivery time. Express shipping (usually over night but can be 2 days after shipping depending what city you live in) is guaranteed 1-2 days delivery from shipping date, but remember it needs to be signed for. If you want the delivery signature to be waived then you need to email us or tell us so under comments when you order.

Returns

Most items are returnable. You must  email us back with the reason for return.  All returns must be within 10 days of delivery. We will credit you back for the cost of the item only , no shipping costs. There will be a (10%  restocking fee) on all items returned. If returned after 10 days but less than 3 weeks (30% restocking fee) with Fun Wirks Approval. After 3 weeks, no refunds on any returns.

There will be no refunds on shipping delays. We cannot predict when your package will arrive. 95% of our shipments arrive 1-4 days in USA  but it is advisable to order ahead or use Express 1-2 day shipping for faster service if you need it in a hurry.

Wigs are non returnable, and costumes that have been worn (except trying on the costumes are OK) are non-returnable. All items being returned must be sent back in original packaging with picture insert or we will not be able to give credit back (no returns or credits for torn packaging).  If any items are missing with return we will not be able to give any credit back. All Music Mystery Party Theme Parties are non returnable as are opened make-up, or any other opened packages.  Stockings, tattoo arm & body sleeves, legwarmers, hot shorts, wigs, & hats, & earrings are non returnable.  Flashdance costumes are non returnable, They include wig and legwarmers. Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you need a different product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item (s) and return the item (s) you have already received. This is because the desired item could possibly be out of stock at the time we receive your return.  You will usually have a credit back within 1 week (sometimes longer depending on time of year)

REMEMBER THERE ARE NO RETURNS on orders sent OCTOBER 20TH-October 30th
Unless You are exchanging it for a different size.

To return an item:
It is advisable to send via traceable methods for proof of return, so we have a verified proof of return and returns must be accompanied with either a printed out order receipt with order date & name with reason of return, or note with reason of return and order date & name. if we do not receive this information we may not refund your account. Any items missing in a costume will result in no refund.

The best way to return an item is to put it back in same USPS package it was mailed in. Write return to sender on it and put it back in the mail with all correct items and paperwork.
